All prices are listed in Canadian dollars. HST is applicable to all courses and is not included in the list price. Missed classes as a result of illness can be made up. PDYC Sailing School will not provide refunds due to poor weather conditions. Every effort is made by the school to provide safe, on-water instruction at the sole discretion of the head coach. Refunds and Cancellations: A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. A 90% full refund will be granted from the time of registration until 60 days before the program start date. A 75% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled between 59 days and 30 days of the program start date. A 50% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled between 29 days and 15 days of the program start date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds within 14 days of the session start unless a medical document is provided within 72 hours of withdrawal. By registering in Port Dover Yacht Club sailing programs, I consent to: • release the Port Dover Yacht Club, their agents, executive, directors, staff, instructors, and guests from any action, claims or damage demands in respect to loss of life, injury, and loss or damages to my property; • use the Port Dover Yacht Club and Norfolk County’s facilities and equipment solely at my own risk; • authorized use of program photographs in all media, publication, display, broadcast and exhibition for promotion, advertising, or illustration without compensation for an unlimited time. I further understand this release is binding upon myself, my heirs, executors, and assigns. Please let us know if you prefer your child’s picture does not appear in any media.
